What We Do
SOURCING FABRIC
Finest quality of raw material blended to export quality fabric later tailored to desired measurement.
PRINTING
Once fabric approved for processing next comes printing, variety of types to choose from such as Screen Print, Foil Print, Rubber Print, Embroidery, Embossing, Flexo Print, Roto Gravure Print done in a state of the art printing facility.
STITCHING
This is the central part of whole process, as this gives desired shape to the product. The variety of patterns to select from are Lock Stitching, Interlock Stitching, overlock Stitching and Zig zag Stitching to name few, our Stitching is done in most advanced machines in the trade and quality is conforming to international standards.
QUALITY CHECK
Every single bag is scrutinized in terms of thickness of fabric, stitching quality, measurement and printing, again rechecked prior to packing.
SHIPPING
Once packing is done, cartons are loaded in to the container in very professional manner and handed over to our shippers for transporting the goods to destination.
DELIVERY
As per our agreement with our client’s we arrange to deliver the merchandise to the agreed site or warehouse to warehouse basis, on stipulated time frame.
